Documents Needed For Equivalency Letter Applications
FOR THE EQUIVALENCE OF PRIMARY
SCHOOL OR COLLEGE STUDENTS
- Application Form for Equivalency Letter (doc, 50KB) (pdf, 61KB) (to be filled out and signed by the student or parent)
- Attendance Report (doc, 42KB) (pdf, 42KB) (to be approved by the students current or previous school)
- Parent's letter of application (addressed to: "Educational Counsellor's Office, Turkish Embassy". Please include your address and phone number)
NOTE:Aplications can be made either by post or in person.
FOR STUDENTS
WHO HAVE COMPLETED SECONDARY EDUCATION IN THE UK
- 3 copies of your certificates (GCSE, AS, A LEVEL or other).
- Letter of application (to be written to: "Educational Counsellor's Office, Turkish Embassy". Please include your address and phone number)
